The structure, built at the end of the 1800s, has been one of Cogesta’s assets since 1973. A building of artistic and architectural prestige that has been renovated according to the design of the architect, Vico Magistetti, and that represents one of the city’s most luxurious residences.
With extraordinary maintenance operations and the installment of new systems, the building has been converted into a total of 16 housing units, of which 4 studio apartments and 12 one bedroom apartments, with refined furnishings.
The building, located in the heart of Milan, is a masonry structure that features beamed ceilings, brick vaults, hardwood flooring in Slavonian oak, bathroom elements in glazed ceramic as well as insulated doors and windows.
Between 2005 and 2006, the electrical and plumbing systems have been renewed along with the finishings and coatings. In addition, the 4 stores have been combined to achieve a single space to serve as a temporary showroom.
